At NoteNuance, we are committed to providing you with the best hydration experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

2. Return Conditions

  • Portable Water Bottles: To ensure hygiene and your safety, water bottles must be in new, unused, and original packaging to be eligible for a return. If the bottle has been filled with water or used, we cannot accept the return for hygiene reasons.

  • Flavor Pods: As flavor pods are consumable items, we cannot accept returns if the sealed packaging has been opened. Only unopened, sealed pods are eligible for return.

3. How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at isiskdjdjhdu.die@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with return instructions within 48 hours.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification.

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (typically 5-10 business days).

5. Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to quality issues (e.g., damaged items, defective functionality), NoteNuance will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For returns due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind, color preference), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
